Huge apologies that I have been so tardy in welcoming some new followers!
Elizabeth I spent ages looking through your wonderful blog (http://studioe.blogspot.com.au). I really like the way you have achieved different levels of brightness with your lighting - the room looks fantastic. The littlle knitting bag is wonderfully done and adds a great little touch as do all the details on the desk, they are certainly highlighted to perfection with the desk lamp. I haven't ever tried the metal strip lighting, I was advised right at the beginning to use hard wiring for my lighting but I still empathise with your lighting difficulties and admire you patience.
Hannelore - your lavender shop will be so well stocked. You are making so many lovely items for it and the detail in each one is just beautiful. Even looking at photos on your blog I can almost smell the sweet lavender perfumes (http://hannelore-meinminiwelt.blogspot.com)
Yolanda (http://arteyolandamoranminiaturas.blogspot.com.es) I am impressed with your upholstery skills and also love the way you fill your cupboards with little details. Even if the doors and drawers are closed it is special to know that when you open them there are little surprises inside. Your house is looking great.
Caroline, Sandi and Sandra don't have a blog listed. Caroline, are you the same Caroline from whom I bought my gorgeous Dandelion Cottage?
Welcome to you all - thank you for joining our little community. I really hope that you enjoyed visiting and that you will come back often and spend time here. Hello Sandra! Thank you for taking the time to mention me in your blog! What an unexpected surprise! I am so glad that you liked the photos. The lighting was both hard wire as well as the tape wire, so I have them both to contend with! (smiles) Each is unique and has both plus and minuses but the end results are lights I can live with. Thank you again for your wonderful comments Sandra! I am delighted to be a new follower of yours and look forward to many happy hours of sharing!

Thank you for taking the time to be a follower, Elizabeth! I look forward to sharing too. I know what you mean about issues with wiring - I am struggling with some for my 'Stitcher's Roombox' which is hardwired and only has the one light to contend with. And my Carrington Villa needs attention because some of the lights no longer work :-( I am so grateful that I can use little LEDs in the quarter scale buildings - they are so much easier and much more fuss free even if they don't have the versatility of designs in lighting at the moment unless I design the light shades.
